【活动内容】

每个单词占一楼，每个单词限造3个句子。

【造句要求】：使用每周给出的新单词造句，所造句子不可与给出的例句雷同；专有名词，如地名，人名，商标名，书名，电影电视名，歌曲名等等，不可用于造句；也不可造类似“I have learned a new word or phrase "XXX".”这种不能体现该单词意义的句子。

英语角的单词造句鼓励原创，若被版主有理由怀疑其从网上直接摘抄，将不给活动分。


【写在后面的话】

说起与【囧记单词】的结缘，几乎已经忘记了
然而从前一直都是在apple store下载到itouch上之后，连上wifi就下载单词来看的
后来某一天，突然发现，它竟然有微博
于是果断收听了
很不错的地方，轻松学英语
每次看了，都让人捧腹大笑

每一天的开始，都可以从【囧记】开始，因为它可以给你每天快乐的出发
每一天的结束，都可以从【囧记】结束，因为它会让你开心的入睡

comment [‘kɔment] n.评论，意见；注释 v.注释,评论,提意

  一般来说，神级回复多数出现在二楼，因为一楼往往只有两个字：“沙发。”不过这个一楼的回复简直太内涵了……











comment
v.
1. If you comment on something, you give your opinion about it or you give an explanation for it.
指表达自己的观点或者对某事提供解释
Stratford police refuse to comment on whether anyone has been arrested...
n.
2. A comment is something that you say which expresses your opinion of something or which gives an explanation of it.
评论 注释
He made his comments at a news conference in Amsterdam...

3. If an event or situation is a comment on something, it reveals something about that thing, usually something bad.
某个事件A是a comment on 某事B，指A揭示了一些关于B的事情，通常是不好的
He argues that family problems are typically a comment on some unresolved issues in the family.

4. People say `no comment' as a way of refusing to answer a question, usually when it is asked by a journalist.
无可奉告，在被记者提问的时候拒绝回答问题的方式。

survive [sə(r)'vaɪv] v.活下来,幸免于,还活着

很久以前囧仔玩丧尸游戏的时候就会忍不住想吐槽为什么在丧尸危机爆发的时候总会有人安全地拍到很多现场影像，原来丧尸潮中，最安全的角色就是摄影师……











survive
v.
1.If a person or living thing survives in a dangerous situation such as an accident or an illness, they do not die.
在危险的状况下活了下来 幸存
...the sequence of events that left the eight pupils battling to survive in icy seas for over four hours...

2. If you survive in difficult circumstances, you manage to live or continue in spite of them and do not let them affect you very much.
survive in difficult circumstances指在困难的情况下继续生存并且减少外界环境的影响
...people who are struggling to survive without jobs...

3. If something survives, it continues to exist even after being in a dangerous situation or existing for a long time.
survive的主语是物的时候，可以表示该物在危险的状况下持续存在了很长的时间
When the market economy is introduced, many factories will not survive...

irony ['aiәrәni] n.反语,冷嘲;具有讽刺意味的事,嘲弄

远看，life is beautiful……近看，都是一把把利刃插满身。











irony
1. Irony is a subtle form of humour which involves saying things that you do not mean.
irony 可以表示带有幽默的讽刺
Sinclair examined the closed, clever face for any hint of irony, but found none.

2. If you talk about the irony of a situation, you mean that it is odd or amusing because it involves a contrast.
irony可以表示因为有法查而显得情形怪异
The irony is that many officials in Washington agree in private that their policy is inconsistent...

喂= = 你的耳朵在上面……别装了。











pretence
1. A pretence is an action or way of behaving that is intended to make people believe something that is not true.
pretence指让别人相信一些不是事实的事的行为
Welland made a pretence of writing a note in his pad...

2.If you do something under false pretences, you do it when people do not know the truth about you and your intentions.
do something under false pretences指你做某事的时候别人不知道你的目的或者事实。
I could not go on living with a man who had married me under false pretences...

blame [bleim] vt.责备，把…归咎于

小白又躺着中熗了……











blame
v.
1.If you blame a person or thing for something bad, you believe or say that they are responsible for it or that they caused it.
blame 某人或者某物，表示你相信它们对某事负有责任。
The commission is expected to blame the army for many of the atrocities...

2. If you say that you do not blame someone for doing something, you mean that you consider it was a reasonable thing to do in the circumstances.
do not blame someone for doing something 表示你认为造成这个结果的责任在环境而不在于人。
I do not blame them for trying to make some money...

3. If someone is to blame for something bad that has happened, they are responsible for causing it.
someone is to blame表示某人对这件事的发生有责任。
If their forces were not involved, then who is to blame?...

armed [ɑː(r)md] adj.武装了的,有扶手的, (动物)有防卫器官的

谁叫这绑匪一不会小李飞熗，二脑子又有点不灵光呢？最后一幅画熊吉即视感了啊混蛋！

Someone who is armed is carrying a weapon, usually a gun.
指人带着武器 通常指熗
City police said the man was armed with a revolver.

well……囧仔其实并不是一个justin bieber黑，只是大概希望他能多唱点内容不那么水的歌吧。突然很想念jason mraz，beatles和eagles……还有咱们的MJ。
