【活动内容】

英语角每周放出七个单词，并配上妙趣横生的图片。
帮助大家在会心一笑的同时，记住这些英文单词。
咱们的要求就是，请大家在了解完各自的单词之后，
用该单词造个句子即可。

每个单词占一楼，每个单词限造3个句子。


【活动奖励】

每造一句子，20PB的奖励，限3句，每句句型不得重复。相同的单词限同一楼层回复。

【造句要求】：使用每周给出的新单词造句，所造句子不可与给出的例句雷同；专有名词，如地名，人名，商标名，书名，电影电视名，歌曲名等等，不可用于造句；也不可造类似“I have learned a new word or phrase "XXX".”这种不能体现该单词意义的句子。

英语角的单词造句鼓励原创，若被版主有理由怀疑其从网上直接摘抄，将不给活动分。


【写在后面的话】

说起与【囧记单词】的结缘，几乎已经忘记了
然而从前一直都是在apple store下载到itouch上之后，连上wifi就下载单词来看的
后来某一天，突然发现，它竟然有微博
于是果断收听了
很不错的地方，轻松学英语
每次看了，都让人捧腹大笑

每一天的开始，都可以从【囧记】开始，因为它可以给你每天快乐的出发

vibrate指小幅度快速的摇动。

blossom指树上的花在结果之前的这个状态。

人或物的blossom，指他们培养出了很好的品质。

accustomed [ə’kΛstəmd] a.惯常的；习惯的

不是我不想吃……是人家不想吃！











accustomed
1.If you are accustomed to something, you know it so well or have experienced it so often that it seems natural, unsurprising, or easy to deal with.
表示因为时常经历某事而觉得这些事很自然
I was accustomed to being the only child at a table full of adults...

2.When your eyes become accustomed to darkness or bright light, they adjust so that you start to be able to see things, after not being able to see properly at first.
习惯（黑暗的环境）
My eyes were becoming accustomed to the gloom.

3.You can use accustomed to describe an action that someone usually does, a quality that they usually show, or an object that they usually use.
accustomed形容一个人惯常的行为

咱的大脑每天都有那么八个小时的休眠期，朝九晚五……是啊，不好好休息怎么能好好做事呢？

1.An organ is a part of your body that has a particular purpose or function, for example your heart or lungs.
器官（如心，肺）

2.An organ is a large musical instrument with pipes of different lengths through which air is forced. It has keys and pedals rather like a piano.
管风琴

thermal ['eә:mәl] a. 热的,由热造成的;保暖的

穿毛裤的两个原因……简直说的太对了！同理可得吃饭的两个原因，睡觉的两个原因…等等，











thermal
1.Thermal means relating to or caused by heat or by changes in temperature.
形容与暖气相关的或者能改变温度的
...thermal power stations.

2.Thermal clothes are specially designed to keep you warm in cold weather.
thermal cloth指专门设计用来保暖的衣物

black sheep [blæk] [ʃi:p] 败家子；害群之马

这种事儿在囧记里就常常发生…… 始作俑者还一副很无辜不知情的样子……











black sheep
If you describe someone as the black sheep of their family or of a group that they are a member of, you mean that they are considered bad or worthless by other people in that family or group.
black sheep指一群人中被其他人认为不好或者无用的人
