【活动内容】

英语角每周放出七个单词，并配上妙趣横生的图片。
帮助大家在会心一笑的同时，记住这些英文单词。

每个单词占一楼，每个单词限造3个句子。

英语角的单词造句鼓励原创，若被版主有理由怀疑其从网上直接摘抄，将不给活动分。


【写在后面的话】

说起与【囧记单词】的结缘，几乎已经忘记了
然而从前一直都是在apple store下载到itouch上之后，连上wifi就下载单词来看的
后来某一天，突然发现，它竟然有微博
于是果断收听了
很不错的地方，轻松学英语
每次看了，都让人捧腹大笑

每一天的开始，都可以从【囧记】开始，因为它可以给你每天快乐的出发
每一天的结束，都可以从【囧记】结束，因为它会让你开心的入睡

blink  [bliŋk] v. 眨眼睛;闪亮,闪烁 n. 眨眼睛,一瞬间

You blink over 10,000,000 times a year./ 你一年要眨眼一千万次以上哟~

v.
1. When you blink or when you blink your eyes, you shut your eyes and very quickly open them again.
blink指眨眼的动作。
Kathryn blinked and forced a smile...
n.
Blink is also a noun.
blink做眨眼也可以作为名词
He kept giving quick blinks.

2.

When a light blinks, it flashes on and off.
灯光的blink指灯闪烁
Green and yellow lights blinked on the surface of the harbour...

assign  [ə’sain] vt.指派；分配；指定（时间、地点等）

每次玩新游戏…… 给角色一个霸气外露的名字就成了第一个难题……










assign
v.
1.
If you assign a piece of work to someone, you give them the work to do.
assign... （work） to...  表示把工作/作业交给某人去做
When I taught, I would assign a topic to children which they would write about...

2. If you assign something to someone, you say that it is for their use.

mismatch  [,mis'mætʃ] vt. 使配错 n. 错配；不协调

奇妙的视觉错误…… 就产生了这样戳hhp的笑果啊……

To mismatch things or people means to put them together although they do not go together well or are not suitable for each other.
mismatch 人或者东西表示虽然知道放在一起并不合适，却还是把他们安排在一起。
She was deliberately mismatching articles of clothing.

If there is a mismatch between two or more things or people, they do not go together well or are not suitable for each other.
mismatch between两个或者更多的东西，表示他们在一起不合适。

好吧……我知道最近天气突然有点热了，于是我只是想讲一个冷笑话……










remove
v.
1. If you remove something from a place, you take it away. (WRITTEN)
拿走某样东西。

2. If you remove clothing, you take it off. (WRITTEN)
remove衣服指脱去衣服。

再怎么说我也是皇亲国戚，一代宗师啊！怎么就找了这么几个家伙做伴啊！？










associate

associate A with B表示在脑海中将两者联系起来
