楼主于2016.7.12在美国有名的白菜网站6PM.com上下单了一双梅丽莎女鞋,这款女鞋是郑秀文同款,我一直都想有一双这样的平跟鞋,搭配裙子甚至牛仔裤都很合适的。正好看到海淘网上有介绍,当天这款鞋子有特价,而且码子非常足,立马选好了颜色尺码,因为该网站是两双即可免美国境内邮费,于是顺带也买了双卡洛滋的白菜鞋21刀,梅丽莎那款是39.99刀,按照以往习惯下单,付款,一切都很顺利。

过了几天鞋子到了海淘仓库,有开箱图但是看不到鞋盒里面的情景,两双一共2.5磅,当时我还是SVIP,八折付款后总运费72元,有SVIP很便宜哦~当天打包很快就出库了,昨天也就是8.1我收到了鞋子,一打开,就是梅丽莎那熟悉的香味,连带着卡洛滋都是满满香味了,哈哈哈~~当穿到右脚我就傻眼了,内侧有一块地方脱胶,很大一块,超级明显,应该是6pm发货时没有仔细检查,这个时候怎么处理呢?鞋子的问题见下图:

第一时间,我联系了海淘网的售后客服,客服解释说,仓库没有权利打开鞋盒检查,所以我应该尽快联系商家协商解决。我想到了发邮件,在百度上搜索了相关问题,给6pm写了一封问题反馈的邮件,当然我英文是语文老师教的,正好百度时有一位前辈也遇到过这样的问题,我按照这位前辈写邮件的格式,把我这双鞋子的问题描述了一番,加上了我的订单号,邮件附件当然要附上反映鞋子问题的照片啦。

邮件大概意思如下:

Hello I am a customer from China. I bought a pair of shoes in July 12th. Order Information: Your Order Number: 111-3054896-8301810  Date Ordered: July 12, 2016 Order Total: $60.98 Transit address to the United States Concurrency to China Today I received the shoes I found There is a place where there are quality problems  I put the picture in the mail. You can see Now the question is Can I return it And the return of the freight is high Who will pay? What should I do to deal with it

我是一名来自中国的消费者,我非常喜欢在6pm上购物,对6pm也表示非常信任,这次鞋子的问题很明显,应该如何解决?是否可以退货?但是我在中国,如果退货会产生昂贵的国际运费,运费是否由贵方承担?

其实邮件的意思表达的是很婉转的,也是一种商量的语气,很顺利,到了晚上,收到了6pm的回复,首先是对我表示了歉意,接着开始协商解决问题,没有我想象中的逃避问题,而是非常果断的,直截了当的说给我退全款,不需要我退货!!!对,你没看错,不需要我退货!!

下面是回复的邮件:

Thank you for contacting 6pm.com Customer Service. My name is Paul and it's my pleasure to assist you today! We are very sorry to hear you have received a defective item on your order. This is certainly not indicative of the high-quality products we strive to offer all of our customers. Don't worry, I'll be checking this for you! By the way, how are you doing today? Xie, just as 6pm cannot ship internationally, we are unfortunately unable to cover shipping costs to the United States from overseas locations. In order to prevent having to pay the high costs of international return shipping, we strongly encourage you to thoroughly check all items before forwarding them overseas. Please note that the use of any freight forwarding companies is at your own risk. In this case, in order to best assist you and help ensure you do not have to pay any additional fees, we will grant an exception to allow you to forgo returning the item to us and still receive a full refund. I have issued the refund for the item that you received defective to your credit card today in the amount of $39.99. Please note that international credit card companies can take up to 30 days to post this refund back to your account. Again, please accept our apologies for the defective item that we have sent and we sincerely hope you will give us the opportunity to prove our commitment to this in the future.  If there is anything more we can do for you or if we can improve your experience, please do not hesitate to let us know. 经过这次事件,不得不说,美国在服务这方面做的还是非常好的!有如此周到的服务,大家可以放心在6pm剁手了,如果像我这样发了一次邮件,对方并不愿意承担责任,可以继续深入,发第二次,第三个回合,相信会得到合适的解决的!

这个是当天晚上九点多6pm给我回复的邮件,大概看看意思,非常客气的语气

这个截图我是直接从邮箱截屏的,邮件内容比较长,一个屏截不下,分段了,邮件中提到的退全款的内容我用红色标记了。不过仔细看看内容,其实对方有说到风险责任问题,按照规则如果要求退货,退回美国的运费应该是客户自己承担,但是这一次呢,6pm还是做了退款不退货的处理。我需要再回复一封邮件,除了表达对处理方式的满意,还要强调下今后发货前的检查!!


最后来种个草哦~这双真心很美腻,怎么搭都合适,真的好香香~
