楼主于2016.7.12在美国有名的白菜网站6PM.com上下单了一双梅丽莎女鞋，这款女鞋是郑秀文同款，我一直都想有一双这样的平跟鞋，搭配裙子甚至牛仔裤都很合适的。正好看到海淘网上有介绍，当天这款鞋子有特价，而且码子非常足，立马选好了颜色尺码，因为该网站是两双即可免美国境内邮费，于是顺带也买了双卡洛滋的白菜鞋21刀，梅丽莎那款是39.99刀，按照以往习惯下单，付款，一切都很顺利。
过了几天鞋子到了海淘仓库，有开箱图但是看不到鞋盒里面的情景，两双一共2.5磅，当时我还是SVIP，八折付款后总运费72元，有SVIP很便宜哦~当天打包很快就出库了，昨天也就是8.1我收到了鞋子，一打开，就是梅丽莎那熟悉的香味，连带着卡洛滋都是满满香味了，哈哈哈~~当穿到右脚我就傻眼了，内侧有一块地方脱胶，很大一块，超级明显，应该是6pm发货时没有仔细检查，这个时候怎么处理呢？鞋子的问题见下图：

第一时间，我联系了海淘网的售后客服，客服解释说，仓库没有权利打开鞋盒检查，所以我应该尽快联系商家协商解决。我想到了发邮件，在百度上搜索了相关问题，给6pm写了一封问题反馈的邮件，当然我英文是语文老师教的，正好百度时有一位前辈也遇到过这样的问题，我按照这位前辈写邮件的格式，把我这双鞋子的问题描述了一番，加上了我的订单号，邮件附件当然要附上反映鞋子问题的照片啦。

邮件大概意思如下：

我是一名来自中国的消费者，我非常喜欢在6pm上购物，对6pm也表示非常信任，这次鞋子的问题很明显，应该如何解决？是否可以退货？但是我在中国，如果退货会产生昂贵的国际运费，运费是否由贵方承担？
其实邮件的意思表达的是很婉转的，也是一种商量的语气，很顺利，到了晚上，收到了6pm的回复，首先是对我表示了歉意，接着开始协商解决问题，没有我想象中的逃避问题，而是非常果断的，直截了当的说给我退全款，不需要我退货！！！对，你没看错，不需要我退货！！
下面是回复的邮件：

经过这次事件，不得不说，美国在服务这方面做的还是非常好的！有如此周到的服务，大家可以放心在6pm剁手了，如果像我这样发了一次邮件，对方并不愿意承担责任，可以继续深入，发第二次，第三个回合，相信会得到合适的解决的！

这个是当天晚上九点多6pm给我回复的邮件，大概看看意思，非常客气的语气

这个截图我是直接从邮箱截屏的，邮件内容比较长，一个屏截不下，分段了，邮件中提到的退全款的内容我用红色标记了。不过仔细看看内容，其实对方有说到风险责任问题，按照规则如果要求退货，退回美国的运费应该是客户自己承担，但是这一次呢，6pm还是做了退款不退货的处理。我需要再回复一封邮件，除了表达对处理方式的满意，还要强调下今后发货前的检查！！
