1.新人开口第一句:介绍

经典表达:

举一反三:

Would you please introduce me to others? (如果你不好意思自我介绍的话,那就让HR或者你的直属上司来帮你介绍吧。)

2.新人开口第二句:寒暄

经典表达:

Nice to meet you.
很高兴认识你。

I’ve heard a lot about you. (这句翻译成中文就是久仰大名,适合于见到某位“业界大牛”时恭维对方。)

3.新人开口第三句:公司规定

经典表达:

What are our rules about punching?
公司上下班打卡有什么样的规定?

举一反三:

Are there any rules on the dress code I should follow?

Could you tell me our policy on the safety manual?

Sorry, I don’t know the rules.

4.新人开口第四句:工作内容

经典表达:

Would you like to tell me my work duties?

5.新人开口第五句:在哪里?怎么用?

沪江小编:新人初来乍到办公室,最怕的就是电话响。不接电话总是不太好,接起来又不知道要说什么,于是电话铃就成了Office新人的“魔音”!不用怕,学会经典的电话用语和基本表达,你也能优雅又专业地接电话了。

1.接电话必备第一句:自报家门

经典表达:

Hello, ABC Company. This is XXX. How may I help you?
您好,ABC公司,我是XXX。有什么可以帮您吗?

举一反三:

Good morning. ABC Company. This is XXX speaking. May I help you?

Thank you for calling. You’ve reached ABC Company. This is XXX.

2.接电话必备第二句:Ta不在,请稍等片刻。

经典表达:

XXX is not available at the moment. Could you hold for a few minutes please?
XXX现在无法接听您的电话,您能稍等片刻吗?

举一反三:

XXX is with a client now. Would you mind holding for a moment?

XXX is currently unavailable. Can you please hold for a moment?

3.接电话必备第三句:我为您转接。

4.接电话必备第四句:稍后再打给您。

经典表达:

I’ll be glad to return your call if you will leave your name and number.

5.接电话必备第五句:您需要留个口信吗?

经典表达:

May I take a message for you?
我能为您留个口信吗?

举一反三:

Can you leave a message?

Would you like to leave a message?

Can I transfer you to XXX’s voice mail?

小编注:留言内容一般要包括以下几个方面。(1)致电人姓名,(2)致电人公司名称,(3)致电人电话号码/分机号,(4)留言的日期和时间,(5)收到留言后需要做出的回应(回拨电话还是等候致电人第二次打入),(6)留言记录者签名(以防收到留言的人有任何不明白的地方可以再沟通确认)。

6.接电话必备第六句:您能再重复一遍吗?

经典表达:

Would you repeat that please?
请您再重复一次好吗?

举一反三:

I beg your pardon?

Would you say it once more please?

Could you repeat what you just said?

7.接电话必备第七句:感谢致电,结束通话

经典表达:

白骨精Office口语笔记3:打电话这件小事

沪江小编:如果说办公室接电话是兵来将挡的话,那么办公室打电话就是主动出击。打电话虽然不是面谈,但是你的商业礼仪、职业素养都可以通过这小小的电话线体现出来。所以,打电话这件小事并不是小事一桩哦!

1.打电话必备第一句:自我介绍

经典表达:

Hello, this is XXX from human resource. May I speak to XXX?
你好,我是人力资源部的XXX。请问XXX在吗?

举一反三:

Good morning. This is XXX with ABC Company/Department, calling from Beijing/Shanghai. Can I speak to XXX?

2.打电话必备第二句:说明来电原因

经典表达:

I’m calling in regards to the order XXX made 3 days ago.
我打电话来是为了问一下关于XXX三天前下的订单的情况。

I’m calling to the annual report.

3.打电话必备第三句:Ta什么时候回来?

经典表达:

When can I expect him back?
他大概什么时候会回来?

When will he be back?

When would be a good time to reach him?

4.打电话必备第四句:我能留个口信吗?

经典表达:

May I leave a message for him?
我能给他留个口信吗?

Could you please connect me to his voice mail?

5.打电话必备第五句:请Ta给我回电好吗?

经典表达:

Please tell him/her that XXX called and have him/her return my call.

沪江小编:职场新人在办公室除了听到电话铃就“心惊胆战”外,必定还会听到的两句话就是:“你发个传真过去吧”,“你email我就行”。发传真、写邮件是职场必备招式,不会这些,怎么混职场?

1.发传真必备第一句:你能把它传真给我吗

经典表达:

Could you please fax the invoice/invitation/quotation to me?
你能把发票/邀请函/报价单传真给我吗?

举一反三:

Would you like to fax XXX to me?

Please send me a fax. My fax number is XXX.

白骨精须知:传真机号码的构成

国内传真号码:区号(北京010,广州020,上海021,天津022,重庆023)+传真号码

国际传真号码:国际代码(00)+国家代码(中国86,美国1,日本81,德国49)+区号(去掉区号前的0)+传真号码

2.发传真必备第二句:我要给XXX发传真,请给我个信号。

经典表达:

I’m sending a fax to XXX. Please give me a signal.
我要给XXX发传真,请给我个信号。

举一反三:

I guess there is something wrong with their fax machine. It is unavailable now. I’ll send it later.

白骨精须知:发传真一般步骤

Step1:把要传真的纸张,一般有字的一面朝下(各传真机不同,请根据指示操作)放入传真机;

Step2:拨号。

(1)有单独的传真号码时:拨号,在电话接通后,听到“嘀”一声后,按启动键;传真机显示“send”状态后,放下话筒,听到“嘟”一声后,说明传真已发送完成。听到忙音,则重新拨号。

(2) 电话和传真机共用一个号码时:拨号,在电话接通后,请对方给你一个传真信号,听到“嘀”一声后,按启动键;后面步骤同上。

3.发传真必备第三句:传真已发,请查收。

经典表达:

I have faxed you XXX. Please have a check.
我已经把XXX传真给您,请查收。

举一反三:

It would be great if you sign it and fax it back to me.

白骨精须知:有些文件需要对方在收到传真后签名、批注,那么就请对方稍后再把以签名或批注的传真再发还给你。

4.发传真必备第四句:传真有些问题,请再发一次。

经典表达:

I have received your fax. But some pages were missing. Could you please fax it again?
传真已收到,不过有缺页,请再发一次。

举一反三:

There were some pages too blurred to read. Please send it again.

I’m afraid you have sent the wrong file. Could you check it and send it again?

5.写邮件必备:详细信息我会发电邮告诉你。

经典表达:

I’ll email you tomorrow with the details.
我明天发电邮说明详细信息。

举一反三:

I’ll send an email to the parties concerned ASAP.

I’ll write an email to explain the details.

Let me check the email and report to you later.

白骨精须知:外企邮件制度

TO:收件人,主要阅读邮件的人。

CC:CC的全名是Carbon Copy,即抄送。只要是和该邮件所涉及信息相关的人,需要了解该邮件信息的人都要去CC。

BCC:BCC的全名是Blind Carbon Copy,即加密抄送。BCC一般用来放你的下属。

FW:FW的全名是Foward,即转发。你在发邮件给某人的时候,同时转发给其他很多人。

沪江小编:很多人误以为安排会面只是秘书的工作,其实不然。每个职场人都有可能会遇到安排会面的情况。有时候,情况还可能很复杂,更改会面的时间、地点,甚至取消会面都有可能发生。

1.安排会面必备第一句:我能和您约个时间见面吗?

经典表达:

May I have an appointment with you?
我能和您约个时间见面吗?

举一反三:

Will you be available this afternoon?

Could we arrange the meeting on Tuesday afternoon?

I wonder if it would be convenient for you to meet us this afternoon?

Could you squeeze me in sometime this morning?

2.安排会面必备第二句:您能给我安排一下和XXX会面的时间吗?

经典表达:
Could you arrange a meeting with your boss?
您能给我安排个时间和您老板见面吗?

举一反三:

Will XXX be available on Monday?

I wonder if XXX could spare me an hour or so tomorrow afternoon?

3.安排会面必备第三句:确定时间、地点

4.更改会面必备:能把会面时间推迟到明天吗?

经典表达:

Could we postpone our talk to the following day, at the same hour and the same place?

5.取消会面必备:抱歉,恐怕我要取消我们的约会了。

沪江小编:所有职场人都会做的一件事就是开会。每月、每周、甚至每天的例会都是考验你的时候。在会议上表现好了,一鸣惊人;表现差了,也能成为大家的“谈资”;最怕的就是一言不发,这样永远只能是个“路人甲”。

1.会议开场白:我们开会吧。

经典表达:

Let’s begin the meeting.
